Producer Richard D. Zanuck, the son of classic movie producer Darryl F. Zanuck and an accomplished producer himsrlf, died of a heart attack today. In a 50+ year movie career, Zanuck had produced several top films including Jaws, The Sting, Cocoon, Driving Miss Daisy and Road To Perdition. His last film current film Dark Shadows starred Johnny Depp, who had starred in three previous Zanuck films. His last movie. Hidden, is scheduled to be released in 2013. A powerful man who has influenced several Hollywood workers.
