Celebrated soul singer Percy Sledge, probably best known for his 1966 classic "When a Man Loves a Woman" has passed away at the age of 74 in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

What are you talking about? Percy and Sister Sledge are not related, Sister Sledge is a disco group and Percy Sledge's real name is Percy Tyrone Sledge.

Oh. I just Googled them both and it appears that the sisters are not related to Percy. :-[
