Subject: Yes Bassist Chris Squire Gone...

Written By: LyricBoy on 06/28/15 at 12:00 pm

Legendary founding member of the supergroup Yes, Chris Squire, has passed away at the age of 67 from leukemia.  :\'(

Chris was known for his signature bass lines in all of Yes' big hits, such as Roundabout and Long Distance Runaround.

Back in those days when you talked about great bass, you were talking about a musical instrument played by a master such as Squire.  8)

What a loss.

"Roundabout," "I've Seen All Good People," "Owner of a Lonely Heart."

My folks get him confused with Billy Squier. Ha ha. They're about as different as peanut butter and mustard.
