Subject: Mike Minor Takes the Last Train out of Petticoat Junction

Legendary sitcom actor Mike Minor, known for his portrayal of Steve Eliot in the 60's sitcom "Petticoat Junction", has passed away.

Mike played on the show until it was cancelled by the CBS network even though ratings were high. Network execs did not like that it was becoming known as "The Hillbilly Channel" given the high ratings of Petticoat Junction, Beverly Hillbillies, and Green Acres.
In real life, Mr. Minor married Linda Kaye Henning, who played the role of Betty Jo on Junction. Betty Jo was always my favorite of the sisters on that show; she was definitely hot. :P

He was great on that show. As I recall, his career was flying a crop dusting plane. I remember, he always had a guitar and was singing songs with Betty Jo.
The hottest sister was easily Bobbie Jo (played by Lori Saunders)
