He was 81. I didn't realize he was that old.
He was also in Time Bandits.

I assume Episode VIII will be dedicated in his memory. Its just ironic that they already replaced him with Jimmy Vee before his passing, I guess due to his fading health.
Rest in peace, and thank you for breathing life into the cutest robot of all time.

Sorry, but that is kind of offensive considering the timing. Regardless of your opinion, it's much more polite to give a deceased icon his moment of respect than to essentially do this:

Now that I think about it, that post just made me look like that I despise Star Wars with a passion. Even though I only watched The Phantom Menace, it just seemed like that I'm an ass towards Star Wars fans. :-[
