Subject: Final Credits Roll for Robert Keenan

Written By: LyricBoy on 12/29/18 at 6:29 am

Versatile actor Robert Kerman has been reported to have passed away at the age of 71. Kerman was one of the few actors to see success both in the adult film industry as well as mainstream fare.

He started his career in the "Golden Age" film Anybody But My Husband, got noticed, and then was cast in the classic Debbie Does Dallas and cast in its two sequels, often co-billed with Ron Jeremy

But other genres also picked him up, as he landed starring roles in The Goodbye GirlAirplane '79, Spider-Man, and even a stint on the TV classics Cagney & Lacey, Simon & Simon, and Hill Street Blues. Definitely a Renaissance man, he also starred in a series of Italian cannibal films including Cannibal Holocaust and Cannibal Ferox.

With Kerman's death there are few of the leading men of his "Golden Age" genre left. Looks like Ron Jeremy will be the Last Man Standing.
