Legendary comedic actress Marion Ramsey, who played the role of Officer Hooks in the Police Academy septology, has passed away at the age of 73. :\'(

Marion is just the latest cast death from Police Academy. Other cast members who have gone on include Officer Hightower, Officer Tackleberry, Commandant Lassard, Officer Martin, Captain Reed, and Mrs. Fackler. :\'(
I’m not sure that a Police Academy 8 will be feasible now. :-\\

I was just going to say that Marion Ramsey is the 4th Police Academy Movie star to pass away behind David Graf, Bubba Smith, Debralee Scott, and George Gaynes.

Georgina Spelvin made a brief cameo in Police Academy, In 1984 she was nearing 50 years old.

She reprised her role in Police Academy 3:Back in Training in 1986, too. 8)
She also had roles in fare such as The Jade Pussycat (1977), Different Strokes (1973), and The Russians are Coming (1973, directed by Harry Reems). She was a versatile actress.
