Legendary New York mass murderer Ronald DeFeo, whose murder of his parents and 4 siblings in their Amityville homestead launched an industry of “Amityville Horror” fare, has passed away whilst in custody at the age of 69. No cause of death has been announced.

He had been in the slam for roughly the past 47 years, serving six consecutive terms of 25-to-life, with 103 years left to go on his minimum sentence.
Given the circumstances of his imprisonment, I doubt that they’ll need many pall bearers.
