Donny Gerrard, lead singer for the Canuck pop group Skylark, has passed away at 75 from cancer.  :\'(

Never heard of him? he was the awesome crooner on the smash hit Wildflower. None other than the legendary David Foster was the keyboardist.  8)

He was a great singer.  Skylark had 3 hits in Canada, but Wildflower was the only one that saw the Top 40.  He mostly did session work after Skylark ended, but Canadians will also remember him as one of the singers on the 1985 charity single Tears Are Not Enough by Northern Lights.  It appears on the We Are The World album

He is first seen in the video at 2:43 and he solos at 3:38
