wow, that's cool that you took the exact same pic. and it hasn't changed a bit. 

Man .. it takes me back .... seeing that pic with caption 'Great America'. I was living in Chicago (mid 70's). We went to Great America ... just the one time. Shame I left the photo album in the UK... I'd post the 2 pics .. but this guy ... I love him ...(not in THAT way ! :D)  ....... he was always clowning around ...... sometimes I'd almost bust a gut from his antics ....    ;D 

A bunch of us lit up a joint / passed it around ... I was quickly stoned.  We were sat at this table .... eating food.  Suddenly he stuck a partially eaten corn on the cob in his mouth  .... first long ways .... his brother 'lit it' .... the pic shows an anonymous hand with lighter ... 'lighting' the cob /cigar  :D  .......... and then the other pic .... shows the cob in his mouth ... like a bone ... and he's got these crazy eyes ... like a mad dog !    :D

  Yeah I noticed the Great America, too.  The one out here is in Santa Clara.  I remember it used to be Marriott's in the 70s.  I think it's Paramount now.  We used to go there in lieu of a trip to Disneyland.  It's a little known fact that I've never been to Disneyland...

  I took the pic when I was home on leave and hung it on my locker door on the ship.  You'll notice the old 1920s era bridge had gone bye-bye.  Took them all year to dismantle it.  Was sad to see it go...
