It was on this day (February 4th) in 2004, that Facebook, a mainstream online social networking site, was founded by Mark Zuckerberg.

And look how far it has come in 11 years' time!
Part of me wishes I had joined before June 2009, just so I could have kept in touch a little easier with people I knew during my college life... but I didn't really have any interest in it until '09, when my mom (who joined in late 2008) invited me to join.
