Flour tortillas.  My mom makes this great dessert, where she makes almost a grilled cheese sandwich with them, only with peanut butter in the middle instead of cheese.  So it's all buttery and crispy on the outside and gooey peanut butter goodness on the inside.  DELISH.

I like the flour ones too..I lioke to make sandwiches with them.I like the thick ones fropm trader joes.

warmed tortilla with melted butter is a great snack.  I love the flour tortillas with fried eggs over easy, scrambled and also with my killer chili verde. for tacos and enchiladas, I have to have corn tortillas.

Anyone ever bend & fry tortillas themselves to make taco shells? Its really good. 8)

Both-depending what I am having. With tacos, I like the corn-as long as it is not those very crunchy things that you bite into it and it all falls apart. I usually make my own -cooked in oil for about 30 seconds on each side. YUM. (yes, you heard me correct-I cook them myself. It is one of the few things I do cook.  :o) With fajitas and breakfast tacos, I like the flour.

Like SM's mom, I use them to make some delish desserts......I usually "butter" them and fry them.  Once they're nice and crispy, you can put all sorts of yummy toppings on them.  One year, my Cub Scout den made tortilla "snowflakes".....you get the really big ones, fold them in 1/4 and cut them just like you would paper snowflakes.  Once they're cut, you fry them in butter, then sprinkle them with powdered sugar. :)

Yeah, but I like the taste. And it's more authentic, to a certain extent.

I normally eat flour tortillas. Old El Paso make brilliant ones. I'm making chicken tortilla wraps next week.

I eat mostly the corn tortillas. For some reason my stomach can't handle flour tortillas.
