Not if you're from Chicago.  You ask for ketchup on a dog and some people will look at you like you have 2 heads or something.  That's fine with me, though, because I'm not a ketchup person.....

here ya go Karen...this is what I consider a biscuit....they are good with butter, honey, jam, or gravy on them.

It's actually more of a white gravy sometimes called Sawmill Gravy or if you live down South it's sausage gravy.  Or if you were in the military you would have had it with ground beef, aka S.O.S..

thanks both.  Never occurred to me to put anything savoury on them apart from a cheese topping.  My mum usually makes them with dried fruit in and I'm not sure mustard would go with that!

Yup!!  My husband loves it!  The toast gets way to soggy for me.
