Hi Guys!
I'm a really huge fan of Italian food and my favorite dish is eggplant parmesean. I've looked at a few recipies online, but I haven't really found anything that I can replicate well. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how I can make this wonderful dish?

I love it too...but I've never made it homemade. There's this frozen kind that I buy sometimes...they are eggplant cutlets and you can make eggplant parm out of them...and sometimes I make an eggplant sandwich. Yummy!
