These sound good:  Salsa Roll-ups

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp.  TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1/2 cup  KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Make It!

MIX Neufchatel and salsa; spread onto tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients.

ROLL up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.

Pizza Roll-Ups
Prepare as directed, substituting pizza sauce for the salsa, KRAFT Shredded Italian* Mozzarella-Parmesan Cheese Blend for the Mexican style cheese and dried oregano leaves for the chili powder.

BLT Roll-Ups
Omit salsa, shredded cheese and chili powder. Spread tortillas with Neufchatel as directed. Top with 1 cup shredded lettuce, 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces and 1 chopped tomato. Roll up and slice as directed.

Make Ahead
Prepare roll-ups as directed, but do not cut into slices. Tightly wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Slice just before serving.  Pizza pull kabobs

1-1/2 cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
1/2 cup  pepperoni chunks (1/2 inch)
1/2 cup green pepper squares (3/4 inch)
1/2 cup  fresh mushrooms, cut in half
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

HEAT oven to 350°F.

THREAD bread, meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.

PLACE in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 20 min. or until kabobs are heated through and cheese is melted.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning in the oven.

Hawaiian Kabobs
Prepare as directed, substituting ham cubes for the pepperoni and pineapple chunks for the halved mushrooms.  Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing

1/2 cup any flavor Frank's® RedHot® Sauce

2 ounce crumbled blue cheese  or shredded mozzarella cheese (about 1/2 cup)

2 cans (9.75 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

Assorted fresh vegetables  and Pepperidge Farm® crackers

    * Heat the oven to 350°F.
    * Stir the cream cheese in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with a fork or whisk until it's smooth. Stir in the dressing, hot sauce and blue cheese. Stir in the chicken.
    * Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture before serving. Serve with the vegetables and crackers for dipping.
    * To make in the microwave: Use a microwavable 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Prepare the dip as directed above in Step 2. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 5 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot, stirring halfway through the cook time.
    * To reduce the fat: Use 1/3 less fat cream cheese and reduced-fat blue cheese salad dressing.

They sound great!

Anyone know how to make pickle wraps well - I suppose I better get out my cream cheese now...
