Hi Y'all!
I was wondering if any of you out there have ever tried eating alligator. If you have, did you like it?
I have eaten alligator and I absolutely love it. I only eat once a year, when the State Fair comes to town, and it is the second thing I get to eat. (the first in an italian sausage with peppers). I usually get the gator fried on a stick. It's really good, and kind of tastes to me like Chicken with a slightly fishy after-taste. My friends think I'm bonkers, but I'd rather try weird food than skydive. The thrill is about the same. ;D

I've never tried alligator. There's not much call for it 'round these parts. I bet my brother would order some and cook it. I won't mention the word until after the holidays!
I wouldn't want any alligator from the Gulf of Mexico after the BP catastrophe.

I've eaten gator a few times. I've had it fried so it was pretty good.
