How many people are you planning on having for dinner?
Any dietary restrictions?
Any budgetary limitations?

Are you planning on cooking?
Dining out?
Catering it?
Ordering in?

Our own family tradition is to serve Roast Lamb with all the trimmings, that is just us and a national custom.

Traditionally for us, New Years Eve dinner is not as significant as Christmas Eve dinner. So, on New Years Eve we usually just have anything for dinner. But tomorrow we're making up for not cooking our traditional Christmas Eve dinner this year(my aunt did.) We will make a rice with pigeon peas, patties, and a roast.

aja675, maybe you can make that for your New Eve dinner.
