Sheesh...wake up, Kat!---I meant to type in "neither" instead of "other"! 
I've decided not to change the poll since I see that there's already been people picking "other". Oh well.

Mozzarella.  You can make a sandwich with mozz instead of cheddar.  Trying to make a pizza using (only) cheddar instead of mozz ends poorly.

Oil separates out of cheddar much more easily.  A bit of cheddar in a pizza cheese blend is great.  An entire pizza made of nothing but cheddar would be awkwardly greasy.  It would also probably cook faster.  Mozzarella can take a little more heat before melting and is more resistant to separating.

I really like cheese, esp when it's burned.

Depends on what I'm having with the cheese.  Pizza or Lasagna is Mozarella.  Eating by itself - Cheddar, sharp please.
Although my fave eating cheese by itself would be Onion or Garlic cheese.
