Drambuie, the Scottish liquor, is very expensive, like $40 a bottle, but you can easily make your own. Buy the cheapest bottle of Scotch you can find. steep some Rosemary and some sage in it for 2 or 3 days, then stir in 1/2 cup of honey. Voila, Drambuie

Can't do that here without a license. You can make wine, beer, or infusions though

Guess I could, but to make a profit I would have to charge near what the original costs. Making other infusions would probably be more lucrative.

Open up your a bar specialising in you own created drink, and selling other drinks too?

Its all much to much hassle what with all the licenses, fees and what not. I'm happily retired

As soon as I sent that, that was my first thought, but the idea still sounds nice.
