I do pepsi and coke but might pepsi both with and without cherry because of maybe a difference in sugar or something

Same. If I had to pick though, it would be 7UP. It's like Sprite, but has a stronger citrus flavour.

I ought to try a diet coke some time and see if I like it as much as pepsi
As for 7up, I haven't had any for a while, but love cherries and would drink cherry 7up. I throw a cherry or three in my pepsi whenever I can.

I prefer regular Pepsi, but since I am diabetic, I can't have a lot of sugars, and I don't care for diet Pepsi. My favorite diet soda is Diet Dr. Pepper.

You can get flavored extract (lemon, lime, cherry or vanilla)
at a lot of convenient stores to add to your Coke.

Not much of a fan of colas.
If I had to choose root beer it would be Barqs.
I love Faygo Moon Mist. Much better than Mountain Dew, Mello Yello, or any other variant. But my favorite was Kick by the RC Cola company. Haven't seen it since the late 90s.
Lately though I try to stay away from sodas and go for Brisk lemon ice tea, or white Gatorade/Powerade.

no I haven't. I'll have to try it some time. One thing I do do is pour half of it out of the can, give it 2 ice cubes, wait a minute ( oh yeah), pour the other half and add a couple ice cubes. After that it's still a good idea idea to wait a minute.
