If you like song parodies, check out a group called Apologetix. I just got their "Spoofernatural" album today, and it's totally awesome!

I would recommend "The worst album in the world.........ever" by the Shirehorses and its follow up "Our Kid Eh?"

...and, though not strictly parody, any AC/DC fans should check out Hayseed Dixie whose cover versions of DC songs are wonderful.
