What do you think about the latest flap about everybody's favorite real life villian Mike Tyson? You know The Nevada Boxing Comission failed to renew his boxing license in that state. So, the Tyson-Lennox Lewis match won't take place there. See what Robin Givens did with his mind? Just a thought. :-/

I don't think that it was Robin Givens, I think that he got too big too quick and never figured out how to grow up. He seems to me to be like a little kid who throws a tantrum every time someone tells him no. He needs to mature a little.

I too think he is like a child in a man's (huge) body and a damaged child at that.He seems to have no conception of right and wrong because he's been allowed to get away with stuff I'm sure because of the money he earns for those around him .

I think you are all right. I think that Tyson had problems long before Robin Givens came along..not saying she couldn't "push his buttons"..I mean, what married couple doesn't do that?? But figure he was already a boxer, and practiced on her as well as in the ring. Don't tell me he wasn't already a little, um, "not right". He has been in trouble constantly..I think true boxing fans (which I admit, I'm not) should be ashamed of him. He belongs in the WWF, not in the ring with professional boxers. He is like a giant baby that thinks he can bully everybody and act like a moron and we're all supposed to just 'forgive him'. Forgive him my a**. If beating his wife around wasn't bad enough, then he gets sent to jail for rape. Then he bites someone in the ear?? Is he a grown man or is he 2 years old?? Then I believe he was accused of assault again not that long ago...(I could be wrong on that, but I could've swore he was.. ???) Now this whole outburst at the press thing with Lewis?? Give me a break. I personally don't understand why the heck they ever let him box again after the last biting incident..he's like a stupid accident just WAITING to happen. I'm sorry to anyone that likes him, and that believes what he does is "ok", but I have NO respect at all for him, and I think he's just a bully waste of life for the most part. >:( My husband and I used to argue over Tyson's rape charge, and we were at odds about him in general. Now, even my husband agrees that they need to just kick him out of boxing, because he's proven he's not going to grow up anytime soon.

My rant -
He should be given the boot from the celebrity/boxing world altogether. He should never be allowed to box after that biting incident. Someone who does that is not right in the head. Whoever gets in the ring with him has that bit of extra concern, I should think. They're fools in my book.
He should be outcasted - A has-been. :(

I agree with Marci. He should have been banned a long time ago, he's a spoiled baby.
I have to wonder, however, if everyone thinks he should be banned, why do they still buy tickets to the match? If no one put out their hard earned dollars to see this goof, then he'd have no choice but to retire. (Not that any of you guys would waste your money to see him, just a point I thought needed brought up for debate!! That's debate not argument!! lol)

Wether athletes like it or not they are kids heros,all kids look up to and admire athletes and when that athlete shows bad sportsmanship or abuse drugs and women they should be done away with.The same goes with peformers,entertainers and celebrities,they know when they walk into the business how it is going to be.I know they have a right live like everyone else and that they deserve their privacy but that ain't gonna happen so straighten you a** up.You don't go into a bar and then whine because you got drunk.
