You can catch the new Aerosmith single "Girls Of Summer" on the radio now. It is one of two new tracks (the other being "Lay It Down") on the band's O, Yeah! -- Ultimate Aerosmith Hits album due in stores July 2nd. Meanwhile, Joe Perry is selling his Rock Your World Boneyard Brew Hot Sauce through his www.joeperrysrockyourworld.com Web site.

Reports place the Rolling Stones in a Paris recording studio. Whether it's a start of a new album or new tracks to accompany their new Greatest Hits CD due later this year is left to speculation.

The double-CD 39-track The Very Best Of Chicago: Only The Beginning will be released on July 2nd. This kicks off Rhino's re-issuing of Chicago's first 3 albums which follow on July 16th.

It seems the war between Michael Jackson and Sony may really be heating up. During an appearance in England he announced that the last album of his Sony contract will be a box set with two new songs he recorded some time ago. He also called for Sony CEO Tommy Mottola's dismissal.

The Terrapin Station: A Grateful Dead Family Reunion that was scheduled for Aug. 3rd and 4th was denied a permit to perform due to the locale's inability to accommodate the estimated crowd of fans expected.

Guns N' Roses are finally ready to hit the road again on tour, though no dates are available at this time.

Don Henley, Bonnie Raitt and John Hiatt are among the artists that have contributed songs to The Country Bears soundtrack due July 23rd.
