Subject: help needed regarding green froot loops

Written By: jimboristar on 07/29/02 at 07:26 p.m.

??? My wife and I were discussing Kellogs Froot Loops and the green froot loops, a bet was made regarding when they were added, I believe there always were green Foot Loops, but she thinks they were only added in the last 10 or 15 years.
If I lose, she is allowed to buy a new car, If I win she said she will be nice to me.... yeah right!!!
Please help me if you know the correct answer to this...
...and yes I have left messages with Kellogs, noone has written back.
Thanks!

Hate to say this also but I do believe Lebeiw15 is correct.
Red Yellow and Orange are the original FrootLoops

If they are green doesn't that mean they've been in the packet too long and have gone off ?

And now I have to go into a tirade about what they have done to ruin Lucky Charms...

Bring back the four original colors and shapes!

Anyone for a petition? :-/

Well....you're wife gets to buy herself a new car!  It was the early 1990's or late 80's when they, IMO, ruined them.  Oh and you want to talk to me about Trix they should be aressted for doing what they've done to my favorite "Growing up" cereal >:(

And I'm guessing this is what you mean about the good ol' Froot Loops, with the 3 original flavors?
