Subject: The New Bon Jovi Single, "Everyday"
I just heard it a couple days ago and I think it sounds great. It reminds me of the 2000 hit "It's My Life" lyricalically but the sound reminds me of some of those harder songs of the 80s. If anybody else has heard it, please post your thoughts on the song.

i heard it a while ago and many times because it's on the soundtrack to one of my friend's xbox games....
it basically IS "it's my life" with switched around lyrics that mean the same thing and in the same chords

That being said...lyrically it says pretty much what It's My Life says...and what a lot of their songs say....I'll give you that...however when you say it's the same chords you obviously have no idea what you're talking about....let's see...It's My Life is in Cm....and Everyday is in Am....now run the chords through....oh there's a G! In both songs!! How could he plagiarize himself like that? Hmmmmmmm...maybe Thursday's right!! Maybe he IS too old for this sh*t.....

haha i'm well aware it's not the same chords... i just felt i had to say more than it is the same lyrical meaning...
i'm not musically retarded or anything. i could most likely recognize more chords on guitar than anyone here (and i'm prolly the best player too ;) )
and i don't listen to bon jovi (because he wears tight pants) so i am not all that familiar with all his work..

wow you really are takin this sh*t seriously... the tight pants thing was clearly a joke... and i never really was dissing him... i said one of his songs was similar to another.. and that he was old....
