Subject: Two subject combined in one

First question is: a new series aired on cable called "Roswell, the new Evidence." My question to you: "Were there ever ailiens on Earth, or near it" and "Is our government covering it up". Personally, whatever it was, I do not believe it was a weather balloon.

Second related question. In last months Playboy issue, Ram's superstar running back Marshal Faulk said he does not believe we have ever been to the moon. His reasons? There is no wind on the moon, yet you see the American flag blowing. BS or Insight?

I subscribe to the "Men In Black" theory, wherein humans in huge masses are disasters waiting to happen if they come into contact with something they don't understand (you see a little of this every day with hate crimes and what not anyway; who knows what will happen if aliens come down and say "take me to your leader"?)

As for the moon...I think the flag only has the illusion of blowing, because it is reinforced by a wire frame around its perimeter, so that it can stay upright in the moon's lack of atmosphere...plus I wonder if the cold vacuum of space would suck the flag up anyway...?

You know, years ago I saw a NightLine with Ted Koppel.  James Michener, Toni Morrison, a couple of ex-astronauts were on it.  They were talkinga bout the future of the space program, I think.

Toni Morrision made the same type comment Faulk did.  We never made it to the moon... she was corrected quickly (Michener really lit into her).  I think that's an urban myth that has a bit of currency in some areas.

Aliens?  Who knows?  I don't think the evidence has been convincing, and with the success of fraudulent programs like "Alien Autopsy", I think the willingness of people to suspend belief is pretty potent.

Here's a great site about the Moon landings. It explains why the people who believe the landings were faked are liars and idiots.
