Subject: Shows that "Jumped the Shark"

Written By: Race_Bannon on 12/07/02 at 03:04 a.m.

Jumped the Shark refers to a point in a TV series where it starts to go downhill, it's origin is from Happy Days when Fonzie jumps a shark with his motorcycle.  Have you got recent shows that you think have "jumped the shark"
Here is the web site that started the phrase, its fun to look through. http://www.jumptheshark.com/A show that I think did it this year was Ed , I started watching it last year and enjoyed is quirky small town appeal, then they started a long love triangle thing that moved away from the community of odd characters to just a couple that were acting as if in high school.  It's definately not as fun as it once was.
