And word to everyone, do not attempt to dispute the merits of a Charley Brown Special!
I make a mistake early in my posting life of questioning  the value of the Peanuts gang.  I have since seen the light. ;D

Word! I love that movie. But...   I remember a couple years ago while living in Chicago, some tv station had that movie on back to back for like 24 hrs. That was too much....

The best version of A Christmas Carol I thought was the real old one with Alistair Simm. That's probably my favorite Christmas movie.
Although of course A Christmas Story is a real classic. It's so funny!
Miracle On 34th Street with Natalie Wood was very good. I didn't like the remake too much.
Also I'm a muppet fan so I loved A Muppet Christmas Carol. And I like Michael Caine.
Muppet movies are the only children's movies I don't buy for the children.

I should add Christmas Carol to my list.  I love almost every version...the only one I can't stand is the one with Albert Finney.

I love the old movies like Christmas in Connecticut or one that was on last night, The Man Who Came To Dinner.  Absolutely hilarious!

1) It's a Wonderful Life...by far.
2) A Christmas Story "Randy, show mommy how the little piggies eat" I love that movie!
3) A Christmas Carol (British cast, not sure the year this one came out).
4) Christmas would not be Christmas without Charlie Brown and his little tree.

:)

My sister hates it, too.  You are not the only one.

As for the leg lamp...a lady I work for is trying hard to find one.  That is her mission...she keeps going into Spencers but they are out.
