Come on... what did she do to make people hate her? She stayed by her man after he cheated on her. That shows she is committed to her family. If she ran, I would base my vote on what she did as Senator in New York, not on Bill's legacy.

She probably did it more for Bill's sake than her own.  She ran in New York because New York is liberal and she found a loophole to get NY residency so the rest is history.  And she probably had Bill around her fingers after the whole "dress" thing and got him to pardon all those people, including the so-called fat brother.  Let's not get into Whitewater, either.

She gives off very VERY bad vibes.  I am excited to see a woman become Prez in my lifetime, but not Hillary.

Oh, all that stuff I wrote, I pulled out of my butt, but we'll probably whether know if I was right or not ;)

I dislike her because she thinks this country is great because of the government.  She believes that the government can use your money better than you can.  Oh yeah, and I don't like her haircut.

With the risk of sounding like those liberal Hollyweird people....Alec Baldwin & Rosie O'Donell.....I will move out of the country if she ever wins, and God help you all that stay. I have a farm in Scotland if you guys need a place!

For the record: This is a poll, not an actual nomination or endorsement for Hillary Clinton.  Don't freak out just yet :)

Believe me, she'll run. The Democrats have been known to do anything to win. :(

Nominating Hillary Clinton would be a huge mistake for the Democrats.  The Republicans would turn out in record numbers to vote against her.

Not one small chance in H.E. double toothpicks that she could win, I know of no such person to illicit such strong hatred and aversion.  She is evil and the Dems will only be embarassed with the outcome.
Does everyone remember how strong the divisivness of the three branches was when Clinton was in?  It was bad and I was voting Dem back then.  When Clinton got in it was a dem house and senate so he had that advantage but most issues still heavily fought.  There is certainly some today but not near to that level.  If she did get in basically nothing would be able to get through the house or senate.
Thinking on this the only way that dems would make her a candidate is if they belive they have no chance of a win in '04, that way they can right it off the loss because it was a "woman".

Holy Crap.

That would explain why Al Gore decided not to run.
Surely the Dems aren't ignorant enough to put her up.  There are more qualified, less hated Democrats to nominate.
What am I saying?  I'm a George W. fan - I don't care if the Dems endorse her!
We'll all be in for a very rude awakening if she does by some chance become President.

She stuck by her man.  Her man who lied to the country twice! The man who in his last days as president of the United States, made one of his last taks releasing criminals back into the world. I didn't leave the USA because of him but I won't say I was unhappy to get away from him.  I like George W. and hope things work out for him.  He may have his faults but I don't think he's close to being  as bad as Clinton. I get so tired of people saying Clinton was one of the greatest presidents. These people probably have the same amount of morals as him, which is not much if any. So by all means, Hillary's reputation can be based on the fact that she stuck by her man and that in itself is enough for me not to ever vote for her (If I decide to return to the USA someday) and btw, she was born in Illinios then became an Arkansas resident-then in her senate run she acted as if she was a native of New York.  She's a fake.  I may be living in Norway and trying to learn a little of the language but  I will always be an American and proud of that fact.

That is such a narrow way to judge someone. She is her own person. Love can make you do amazing things, like forgive. And I am giving her the benefit of the doubt; that she really loves him. I would vote based on what she does as senator. What is really important to me is to have a strong economy. A strong economy means we can defend ourselves better against threats, and that people have good jobs. If you asked me what would I rather want, a president with perfect moral character but a crappy domestic policy, or a president with a horrible moral character who had genius with economic policy, I would take the latter because I hate it when work slows down. There may be some of you with trust funds who can debate the political corectness of things, but for me a car payment and rent payment comes first.

He pardoned a bunch of criminals! She stuck with him so, she condones this? Plus, is she another Madonna as far as changing her identity to suit her needs.  Madonna thinks she is a native of Great Britain while Hillary has changed into a person from New York.  I have to agree with you SF..she is shallow and selfish.....maybe she can even get Rosie, Alec Baldwin or any of the other hollyweird morons to be her running-mate! Oh and as for "Slick Willy" and his illustious work with the economy...it has been shown in history that things take time...Carter screwed up a LOT of things and Reagan got blamed in his first term...then he did wonders in his last term, which carried into Bush seniors term...which in turn carried over to Clintons first term...Willy screwed up Foriegn relations and could have done so much more after the terrorist attack on the WTC in '93 but looked the other way...now Bush is trying to fix all the crap clinton left him.  Hey it's Just My opinion...that's all :)

Judging by the reaction to mine and some of the latest posts, I would be better off not commenting on this particular topic anymore :-/

I do not want to stop you from expressing your thoughts, I value what you have to say. My own point is I would look to what she accomplishes in political office rather than judge her by association (even if it is her hubby!). Sometimes I may not think my words out, and if I say something which sounds harsh, I can gaurentee that is not what my intent was. This may be a hot topic where people feel strongly one way or another, but that should not stop us from talking the issues. After all, we all want the same thing, a good life with good pay and saftey.

What's Hilary's rating as a Senator?  Since all of the attacks on her are usually of a personal nature, I never get a feel on how she's actually doing her job.  If she's done a good job for the people of NY then she'll get my support if she runs.  I never understood the general hatred for her. But everyone knows the first female president will be a Republican.
