Subject: A modest proposal...
So I was just reading about urban warfare, and how that is where the coalition would lose a bulk of their troops.
Anyway...long story short, I think we should let inner city gang members do the fighting in the cities 8) They obviously know what's up, and I'm sure at least some of them love their country enough to loot and pillage Baghdad to save it :D They already have the training and the 'tude to bust a cap into any Iraqi that tries to "step"...so why not?

I guess aiming is sorta hindered when you fire a semi-auto sideways, eh? Or is it because of the machinery in the gun?

Yeah, its aiming and controlthat is effected, especially if your going to be firing "bursts" of rounds. Those bullets are going to be travelling everywhere except for the target. Also I would think that putting your eye in line with the ejection is kinda silly too.

I thought of that. I think you should fire the weapon normally with your left hand, but because the gun ejects the cartridge behind and to the right, maybe the left hand gun should be sideways ;) Dunno though :P

Yeah, urban gangs would be great - in Basra, Bagdad etc. But if you want to get those turkeys out on the stick, you need the good old fasioned "Ethan Allan Boys". They can hit the hidden eye of a squirel at 100 yards without even aiming - even with a bow and arrow. ;D
