My least favorite tv shows are:
"American Idol"
"Friends"
"The Pitts"
"Fastlane"
"Total Request Live"
"Full House"
"Jack***"
(to name a few...)

Write down some show(s) from today or the past that you dislike.

Yep !

"Friends" for sure
"Cheers" always bored me crapless - still can't see what all the fuss was about  ???
Any Survivor or reality show

And special mention...

In Aus in the 80's there was a sitcom called "Hey Dad"

Mere words cannot describe how much I loathed that show !  >:(

Least Favorite shows, hmm...thats a hard question.  I guess my least favorites shows would have to be, "Law and Order" that show bores me to death also "American Idol" most of the people on that show have every little to no talent.  Thats all I can think of now but I am sure there are more.

Any soap opera such as EastEnders, Coronation Street and Home and Away. I also dislike the Batman cartoons and little kids' programmes. South Park sucks too.

I hated this show from Day 1.  What I still can never figure out is why on earth Comedy Central has this show in their lineup?  Its possibly the most unfunny show ever, and is just plain boring.

I could go on and on about this subject but there is was and always will be the ONE worst:

(drum roll please..or kazoos as this doesn't deserve drum rolls):
 Jerry Springer

There could never be a worse one for me. Ever.

modified to add that I would even watch COP ROCK reruns over and over and over for the rest of my life if I were given a choice between that and Jerry.

D'OH!!!  How could I have forgotten HIM???  People will vote him into congress just so he'll quit producing his "show".  (we air this P-O-S twice a day!)

Add:  Jenny Jones (whom I believe has been cancelled for fall 2003)

I agree completly!  Its also rather ironic that Comedy Central carries this show, but on the website, whowouldyoukill.com, it is listed as a drama...Ironic...or moronic?  But seriously, the show really was bad...

I think it was in the early 60's that someone refered to TV as a "vast wasteland".  It still is today - mostly - so I don't watch much.  Most sit-coms are stupid, insipid, and inane, about stupid, insipid, inane people.  The whole premise of "reality" show (never watched one) is contrary to common sense - if I were stranded somewhere with a bunch of people my goal would be mutual survival.  As I said on the "capital Punishment" thread, "100 channals and nothing to watch".

And again 80's,. NO POLITICS (but it is Bush's fault)  ;)

aaahhh!,  over-dramatic teens in ridicuous situations!  Terrible combination.

Survivor was cool and all the rage in its first season, until people realised how stupid and phony it was.

Quoting:Who wants to be a millionaireEnd Quote

Like Survivor, I watched this religiously the first season.  And then, I couldn't wait for it to be gone.

Quoting:FuturamaEnd Quote

possibly one of FOX's worst shows.  (except for The Pitts of course)

Quoting:Star TrekEnd Quote

I agree.  I never got into Star Trek.  I thought the story-lines were all boring, he characters lame, and the acting, well dont get me started on that.

(ducking and running to avoid being hit by imaginary phasers by Trekkies. :D)
