He's one of the most prolific rappers that ever came out since 2 Pac.

I like him. He sparked an interest in hip hop within me. He's clever. He's a lot more interesting than many other of those pre-packaged popstars.

He's the biggest pop star in the world right now, and if he had nothing else going for him, I'd like him for that. I like him a whole lot, I'd like him a lot more if he would quit doing things that make me want to kick him in the face (see: Weird Al thread).

Sorry RSS, I dont think Prolific is the word to describe him, he is a shock rapper except he gets his shock effect from dissing others and stating profanity everywhere. He make the Osbornes look like angels at times during interviews. Even when talking about his daughter she's the best thing that had come into his life yet its F this and F that. Prolific? Sorry I dont think so. And I saw 8 minute mile... alot of people have come from worse background(s) than he and have made something good out of themselves...

ehh...i think he's okay. i have the eminem show and i do like his current single "sing for the moment" but i really don't go out of my way to listen to him. although i must confess..."without me" is one of my favorite songs. (i'm such a poser. :D)

Marshall knows his time is almost up in the spotlight. He has to find a new gig, and fast. If he's talented on the screen, we'll find out the day he doesn't have to rap to play his role, or the day he doesn't use himself as a myth for a rap adaptation of Flashdance. But what else, short of professional wrestling, can he do for money once the buying public gets sick of his two-bit Capital-G rap menagerie?
