In a not so similar incident: A girlfriend of mine odered a frozen Pina Colada at a Bennigans once & after being rushed to the ER hours later, they dicovered that she had ingested small bits of glass from the drink and it tore up her esophagus. Apparantly a glass had fallen and broke into the ice machine behind the bar & so when he mixed her drink in the blender......it had all this glass in it. :-/
