I tend to roll my eyes whenever my dad talks about how stupid he thinks eyebrow rings or tattoos or spiked hair is. My philosophy is, do whatever you want in the interests of fashion, it doesn't really bother me.
The forking tongue thing really turns my stomach.

Seriously though, I've seen far worse 'mods', at least that's hidden most of the time and I suppose if it's done properly and heals well, there's not too much exposure to infection.
