Does anyone like this rock musician?

I do.  She hasn't put out a CD in years!

Where is she?

She was mentioned in a comic called Boris The Bear in the 80's.

It was a comic about a robot bear name Boris.  He liked Kate too.

Kate has a song on the game Vice City...the CD's for the video game were released, the soundtrack I mean.  The song WOW was on the Vice City soundtrack.

Vice City was made by British people.  Musta been Kate fans, dig?

Well, maybe on some of her songs.

She is more trendy in England I guess.

More avante garde in the States.

Sort of a female Peter Gabriel.

Yes, I like Kate Bush. 'Babooshka' and 'Running up that hill' were great songs. It's funny you should mention Peter Gabriel, he duetted with Kate Bush in the song 'Don't give up'.

I guess America didn't need Kate Bush--- at the time, Pat Benatar was covering Kate's songs adequately.   ::)

She has collaborated a lot with both Peter Gabriel and David Gilmour (pink floyd).

A sample of her song "Cloudbursting" was used extensively in the biggest hit that the Utah Saints ever had:  "Something Good".  It's very cool.  8)

I know Pat Benatar covered Kate Bush's "Wuthering Heights" on one of her albums. Can't remember which one though. That's the only one I know of.

I remember now, "Wuthering Heights" was on Pat Benatar's "Crimes of Passion" album.
