If the security guard shot him, why shouldn't Cris Kirkwood defend himself against the guy?? The security guard is the one who should be arrested, not Cris! :'( I sure would fight back if anybody (myself, my family, the President, a security guard, Britney Spears, etc.) physically harmed me the way that stupid security guard did Cris Kirkwood.
There should be a way to permit assault on somebody if that somebody assaulted you first! Stupid country! LOL

Well, to be fair, you are leaving one minor detail out.
The reason he was shot in the first place is becasue he stole the guard's baton and beat the gaurd over the head with it first...all because of a stupid parking space. ::)
Sounds like this guy has some serious anger management issues.
