The Dreams that they have when they sleep?
I have considered it at times, but don't have the time ::)

I tried doing it and also writing down coincidences that happen regularly for me, but so many variables evolved, that I stopped doing it, probably at the time I could have made a great scientific discovery, so goes my life.

I started to, because I thought lucid dreaming sounded cool, but then school started and when there's school I only get 5 hours of sleep and that's less than people are supposed to get, and if you don't get much sleep you don't remember dreams well, so that won't work will it!?

yep I have kept dream diarys for about 20 years.  I wake up during them to write them down.

Sometimes I try to analyse them using various books.  Sometimes its perfectly clear what the dream meant - ie a rehash of the days events and whatever you watched on tv that night, but others can be impossible to analyse.

I can't even keep a diary cause I forget what happened in my dream. :(

I used to keep a journal for about 8 years. It wasn't a "dream journal" per say but I did write down my dreams in it-actually I wrote EVERYTHING down. It actually became very addicting and very theroputic. Every morning I would get up, make a cup of tea and start writing (well typing-did it on my computer). It really helped me to learn who I was. Haven't written (or read it) in it for many years now. I still have it on discs on the "dynosour" we have in the basement. Maybe I should go down and read it because I am now not the same person I was when I wrote it-I'm better.  ;D ;)
