The album was called Fallen.  And yes, that is an awesome album. ;)

Other favourites of mine would be Linkin Park's "Meteora", and Roxette's "The Pop Hits".

Eminem had a good album with a bunch of good songs on it, but don't know the name of the album it's from.  I'll rap a little of it... "this looks like a job for me, so everybody just follow me, cause I need a little controversy, cause it fees so empty without me...(refrain)."

Didn't buy a whole lot of albums from THIS year this year, but I'll tell you that of the ones I bought, the following were awesome:

Zwan - Mary, Star of the Sea
--What can I say, I'm a die-hard Billy Corgan fan.  It's a shame we won't be hearing more from these guys.  I especially liked the addition of female vocals.

Electric Six - Fire
--My single greatest new discovery of the year.  These guys are silly.  Danceable.  Loud.  Metal disco greatness.  The lyrics are hilarious without being novelty jokes.  It is a great big ball of fun from beginning to end.

Fountains of Wayne - Welcome Interstate Managers
--Yeah, the one with Stacy's Mom.  And if you got sick of that song, it's not even one of the best songs on the album.  This whole record is loaded with perfect pop melodies.  10 out of 10.

Finally got the Outkast album.  Can firmly state that Speakerboxxx deserves to be on the list.  Less sure about The Love Below, but it's growing on me fast.
