Subject: Help with word meaning, please!

Can anyone tell me the meaning of the slang name "Spinner" for a woman?
I just watched an old episode of Ally McBeal, and a "Shock-Jock" refered to Ally as that.  She didn't understand it, but her colleague's were very amused.
From this I guess it could be something vulgar, so if you could just tell me the best you can because its bugging me!

Umm...  Yeah.  A "spinner" is a particularly vulgar (and humorous in a sick way) term.  Haven't heard that one for probably 20 years.  Heh heh...

Let's just say that in order to be a "spinner" a woman has to be very slender, as Ally is.

Yep, petite enough that can be spun between the palms of your hands.
