Subject: AI is making me mad!!!
Because people keep voting for the ones who CAN'T SING!!! I mean, especially after Elton John week, the one kid with red hair should be outta there by now. And the other guy really sucks too. But I think people keep voting for who they think is "cute" or, well ok I don't know what they vote for but it's not singing abilities.
I personally think the best ones are Fantasia and Latoya and they sure as heck better last longer than those other guys.

I agree with the red headed kid....he basically can sing only one way. He should have been gone a long time ago. I personally like the girl from Hawaii, Jasmine. I'm not sure if she was voted out yet since we get our shows a week behind from you guys.

I was really confused when I saw the subject for this; I thought it said A1 at first and I wondered why someone was mad at steak sauce. And then I saw it said AI and I didn't know what that stood for. I don't watch this show, I think it's rather evil.

Fantasia? She Stinks! She cannot hold a note and instead does all that so-called "phrasing" to cover it up. The only reason she is still on is because she has a weird name and is "quirky".
My opinion? Hold a Karen Carpenter night and see who REALLY can hold a tune. Fantasia wouldn't make it.
I kind of liked the guy who used to be the college football player, (Matthew Rogers) but I have to admit that he blew it the day he got voted off.
I also like George Huff and I'm rooting for him.
I agree, the red-headed kid is not versatile and seems to only be able to sing Sinatra and Dean Martin type stuff. That's cool, but will not win an Idol trophy.
But... I am not ruling out the "pen salesman" guy. He's defied all the odds so far. Could be a sleeper.

Yeah, I liked this guy too. He totally picked the wrong song. I think he should have sang (sung?) "How do you like me now" by Toby Keith...would have been the perfect song for him.

I don't like Fantasia, either. I did at first, but her attitude has turned me off. When they were asking questions of Tamyra last week, her question made it seem like she thought she never deserved criticism. She is a little too full of herself, and I hope being in the middle group knocked her down a peg.
I am rooting for George Huff, too. Him and La Toya are the best of this bunch, IMHO.
As for John Stevens (red head) I think he has gotten lucky. He should have been gone 2 weeks ago and he is on borrowed time.

Actually, last week it was down to her and Camile, the Philippino girl. Camile got kicked out but I'm ok with that cuz she had HORRIBLE diction- you could never understand what she's singing.

She would sing very low too. Amy Adams should have stuck around longer than she if truth be told.
"Red" is a crooner and nothing but. He may have a great future with the likes of Harry Connick Jr.
"Pen Salesman" can sing no worse than Bob Dylan. I mean no disrespect to Dylan because I like his material. My point is that he can sing well in his own way and singing his own material, which I'm guessing may be on the alternative, even "folksy" side.
Jennifer is a bit scary when she sings, not so much because of her voice and method of singing but because of the faces she makes while singing. :o ;D
I predict Fantasia (she's alright, but most notably seems very popular with voters) and Huff to be the last two standing.
I think huff can sing very well. He's versatile and charismatic. I'm still not sure whether his bouncy dance works in his favor or against him. All I know is it was funny at first, but now I'm almost embarrassed for him. ;D
I bet "dollars" to "pesos" Huff wins. :)

I was so sad when Camile was voted off, I cried. I thought she had a rather beautiful voice and a sweet personality to match. I think on the Elton John episode the wrong song was chosen for her. Her vocal range does not go that low.
I think people are voting on popularity not talent. "Pen salesmen" is terrible. I cannot understand why anyone would like his voice. I would rather listen to nails scratching on a chalkboard. The redhead has a great voice but cannot seem to sing outside the box.I am not impressed with Fantasia, Latoya, Diana, Jennifer or George. I don't care who wins anymore. I wouldnt buy any of their CD's. I would have bought Camile's.

I've been watching it, I have to admit. My kids enjoy it and there's no risk of sex/violence/swearing so it's OK by me. My daughters enjoy singing and I like to encourage them. They've been in talent shows (and won!) but they don't go to singing or drama lessons.
I like Diana, she's got a truly great voice, I bet if you heard her sing live you'd enjoy it. Often however this type of voice does not translate well to the recorded medium, so would her CDs sell? I'm not sure.
I also like La Toya and Jennifer. Again, to me they're both natural singers, indeed they both appear to be semi-professional singers anyway. On one of the heats shows Jennifer's voice really stood out but since then she's gone off the boil. It's true that her performance technique needs some refinement!
John Stevens - I have to leave the room when he comes on to sing, he's just terrible. The way that the judges can sit there and blatantly LIE about his ability really annoys me too.
La Toya or Diana SHOULD win but I don't think that they will. Probably George but I wouldn't buy his CD - his voice is too "hoarse raspy".

Pen Boy? I like him. Purely vocally, and ignoring his obvious control problems, he has the most interesting tone to his voice. And let's face it, everyone good on this show is boring.

I think that they expressly shouldn't win, because AI is not really about singing as much as it is about performance. Diana has a great, amazing voice. But a lot of the time she is an awful singer (she doesn't have the life experience to really feel a song), and she is a TERRIBLE performer. She's too pageant-y. She's nauseating. Latoya, again, great voice, non-existent performance skills. These things matter.

Your right Jennifer does make some pretty strange faces. But I did get goosebumps when she sang "Circle of Life"
And George, yes he's the only good guy singer on there, but his dance embarrasses me too. He's just too cheesy ;D ;D ;D
