Subject: BMG to start selling cheap, no-frills CDs

Written By: karen on 07/06/04 at 9:44 am

I saw an article on this in the newspaper I bought today and searched the web for this article.

Initially the cheap CDs will only be available in Germany but it is likely to be extended if the pilot proves succesful.

Apparently Sony (who BMG look set to merge with) also intend to start selling these cheap CDs in the autumn.
