I understand the school's principle on cutting hair. But charity should be an exception to a rule as trivial as this one. Maybe the hard heads in Texas should take a chill pill. ::)

I don't understand - a dress code on hair? Never heard of that before. Although I find them a bit of a stretch, I can understand the normal dress codes - no sleeveless shirts, certain short/skirt length, etc. But hair? C'mon.

That's the biggest load of horse shaaaaaaaa it I've heard in a long long time.
What's wrong with this world and stereotypes? Boy's Don't have long hair? Girl's Don't have short hair? My God, when something that stupid is blown out of proportion and taken that seriously it makes us American's look really, really stupid.
Enough of the "Boys" and "Girls" crap......equal rights.....never in this country that's for sure.

It seems to me that schools have become soooooo touchy about hair and clothing since Columbine...too much so! What does how one wears their hair and one's choice of clothes have to do with VIOLENCE anyways?

Isn't it stupid that in Texas....a kid has to get his hair cut because of some highfalutin' dress code.....while people like Kenneth Lay commit financial atrocites ........and Texans look the other way...
