1. Oblongs
2. Family Guy
3. Brak Show
4. King of the Hill
5. Home Movies
6. Aqua Teen Hunger Force
7. South Park
8. The Simpsons (I picked older episodes, but some of the newer ones are good too)
9. Sealab 2021
10. 3-South
I wish they would bring back Oblongs, 3-South, Aqua Teen, Brak, and Home Movies. It seems like I discovered all these great 'toons right after they got cancelled!
Undergrads is pretty good, but nowhere near as funny as 3-South, even though they made only about 10 episodes of it!

The Oblongs were funny, though some of the characters remind me of those from The Simpsons & Duckman.
I liked the one with Helga getting stuck in a sewer pipe & when one of the Debbies got disfigured.

Family Guy. I love Brian and Stewie.
I'm not sure what to say about The Simpsons. The episode 'Sleeping With The Enemy' was weird. Lisa has a body image problem? In earlier seasons, Lisa would have more self-confidence!

Other - Kids next door, Invader Zim, also this cartoon at late night with robots and a cyclops lady, can't remember name of show but I like it!
