As far as I know, they have never been on the radio. They originated in California or Oregon. They have kind of a psychadelic sound sometimes, but usually they have a depressing sound. When they don't use keyboard, they use piano, often giving an feeling of lost happiness. They have a few albums, the best known are "The Sophtware Slump" and "Sumday". Hits {judged by most frequent downloads from RealPlayer and MusicMatch} are "The Crystal Lake", "I'm on Standby" and "Underneath the Weeping Willows"
