Not heard it, so can't rightly say...
...but I must say here and now, that Lennon's original wasn't that perfect (pun unintentional, this time...) - everything's okay until the not-so-subtle drums come in (played by Alan White of Yes, who should've known better...)

It is terrible, not not as bad as Mrs. Elva Miller's version of Petula Clark's "Downtown" or Pat Boone's cover of heavy metal tunes.

I liked it too ! Page and Plant in fact, did 'their' version of 'Sunarise' as a kind've retaliation not long after, if you remember 8)

I LOVE Pat Boone's version of "Hot For Teacher" by Van Halen :D
