Oh this is easy, Hilary Duff is the worse one. Duff is just so annoying and is another 16 or 17 year old that acts like she is 11 (I guess she went to the Britney Spears school of thought)
Lindsay Lohan seems OK enough, and she's a teenager that acts her age.

Generalising here, but Lindsay Lohan seems like a real bitch. What happened, remember how cute she was in The Parent Trap? "Rumours" is the most hypocritical song I've ever heard (apart from "Jenny From The Block" ???). "I'm sick of rumours starting, I'm sick of being followed" etc etc etc ad nauseum...she puts herself out there making herself as over-exposed as she possibly can then has a bitch about it - call the waahmbulance!!
At least Hilary seems to have some dignity....she keeps her clothes on anyway...(but give her time, she'll turn into britney in a couple years i reckon)
Lindsay in regards to singing...she shouldn't quit her day job...she's a great actress.

I don't really agree with you. Look at Lindsay Lohan right now... she is basically a drunk and a hoe. Hilary is actually virgin and actually does something in her life. And she don't act like a beeyotch either... she is more normal than Lindsay.
