Subject: Chris Rock's Pre Oscar Controversy

His recent comments about the Academy Awards have offended many actors that cause them (no names) to want him to step down as host.
Though the comments were intended to be a joke, which I find somewhat funny.
What's your take? Good or Bad?
Disclaimer: I don't condone discrimination against any particular group just because I like politically incorrect comedy and music.

he said something like only gay men watch the oscars. no wonder people are asking him to step down.

Give me a break. Let's be honest here! You have a bunch of stuffy members who want a stuffy show. Here comes someone new who may actually entertain us, and they can't live with it!

P.S. I live here in Southern CA, have many gay male friends, and yes, they watch the Oscars to see what everyone's wearing (their sole purpose of watching). So, Chris made a joke based on slight truth.
