Linkin Park are very big right now, but Limp Bizkit, Korn and the like, while they still put out songs they seem like a shadow of 2001. Is it dying/what's taking its place? I've heard Nuwave is more the critical darlings then huge bands.

I personally do not think that numetal is dying it might be fading a tad bit but not dying :)
But if it WAS dying I think that goth rock or emo would possibly take it's place. What do you think?

I can understand why some people don't like P.O.D. ......personally I find their music to be very positive,because the message gives me a reason to have hope...and to hang on to life even when I am having a hard time.
Linkin Park's HYBRID THEORY (their first CD) is their best,IMHO.
