What is some of the newest slang terms you've heard (esp. in the areas of rap music and IM speak)?

Not too sure about rap music, but slang is everywhere where i come from. If someone from America came over to the North East of England, chances are they wouldn't have a clue what we were talking about!!!  ;D
Slangs just part of everyday language here

My kid says the announcements at her high school start this way every morning, I guess by the student body president.  He says, " Hol - lin atcha boi, Moment." His last name is Moment, sometimes he says, "Hol-lin atcha girl, Moment."

It's fun to make up your own slang word that someone 3 years from now will end up trademarking.
