I'm going with Pulp Fiction.  I generally like his characters.
Does anybody else remember his bit part in Annie Hall?
;D

How could you forget his "Vincenzo Coccotti" character in "True Romance"?  That was top notch!  Any character actor could kiss DeNiro on the cheek and blow his brains out, but no other actor could do it like Christopher Walken!

For those who don't remember, Duane Hall was Annie’s disturbed brother played by Walken.  Duane has fantasies of crashing his car into oncoming traffic and does not hesitate to tell Alvy (Woody Allen) this, with all seriousness, before eventually driving Alvy and Annie to the airport.

Duane: Can I confess something? I tell you this as an artist,I think you'll understand. Sometimes when I'm driving... on the road at night... I see two headlights coming toward me. Fast. I have this sudden impulse to turn the wheel quickly, head-on into the oncoming car. I can anticipate the explosion. The sound of shattering glass. The... flames rising out of the flowing gasoline.
Alvy Singer: Right. Well, I have to - I have to go now, Duane, because I, I'm due back on the planet Earth.

:o :o :o
(Thanks imdb)
Walken's name is erroneously credited as "Wlaken" in the A.H. credits!

I voted for The Prophecy, although I think Viggo Mortensen stole the show.

I voted other: "King of New York", even though Laurence Fishburne was better and I enjoy Caruso being killed off (J/K, CSI: Miami fans  ;)).
